What we collect
When you complete our qualification quiz we collect your name, email address, phone number, the answers you provide about your project, and any notes you choose to share. We also record standard technical information: the page you arrived on, the site or ad that referred you, your browser type, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your project, to prepare for your Home Design Consultation, and to understand which advertising brings us qualified inquiries. We never sell your information.
Phone, text and email consent
By submitting the form you agree that Hemlock Homes may contact you by phone, text message or email about your project. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to remove you from all contact by calling 412-444-5008.
Analytics and call tracking
This page uses Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion measurement and CallRail call tracking. These services may set cookies and record the phone number displayed to you, the pages you view, and whether you submitted the form or placed a call. Call recordings, when used, are disclosed at the start of the call.
Data retention and security
Lead information is stored in our secured customer database and is accessible only to Hemlock Homes staff and the marketing partner who manages this page. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
